We told him that we were not ready with pre-approval but just wanted to check out the house to get a feel for what we might like. He was nice and professional when presenting the house and providing the right information that helped us. From our first interactions, my wife described Caleb as a great communicator, genuine, kind, and sincere, and thought he would be a great agent for us. It was a very positive first experience that helped motivate us so we kept in contact shortly after via the Compass mobile app, email, and texting. I appreciate the tools and mobile apps that Compass provides. Throughout the whole process, Caleb guided us to do everything within our comfort, we were always on the same page in terms of what was important to us and what our goals were. The most perfect SFH we've ever seen had just gone live on the MLS, we fell in love and I reached out to Caleb for his advice, consultation, and what we needed to do next. Everything Caleb consulted with us and how he helped guide us with his negotiating experience and communication skills with the seller's agents made it all possible and he didn't miss a beat to make sure every little thing counted. He even went above and beyond on not one but multiple things during critical situations. I'm 1000% confident, that had we gone with any other agent, we would have lost this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. There were one or two times when the going was tough and I pretty much gave up when I was losing hope with negotiating but Caleb's persistence and determination to never give up paid off. We ended up getting such a good deal on our new house also. We aimed for the moon and hit the stars with this one. We are referring everyone we know and looking forward to working with Caleb again.Read more

Caleb went above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. He was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the market trends and property values in the area. One thing that sets Caleb apart is his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. He knocked on over 200 doors to promote my condo, which is truly remarkable. His persistence and hard work paid off, and I'm now a proud owner of a beautiful single-family house. Selling my condo was also a smooth process, thanks to Caleb. He handled everything from staging and marketing to negotiations and closing with expertise and professionalism. Overall, I would highly recommend Caleb to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Bay Area. He exceeded my expectations and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.Read more

A couple of reasons why the recommendation: Detailed research and analysis before the sale. He prepared a heavy book with detailed analysis. Proactive scheduling and management before the listing is live. Caleb helped us quickly arrange all the painting and repairs, he even helped with some of the painting and fixed himself, to make the process faster and smoother. Great taste in staging and photography. I believe these help tremendously in making a first impression of our house on the market. Timely communication and handholding throughout the entire process, including but not limited to open house traffic, offers, closing checklist, etc. Our house was sold at a price that we are very satisfied with, and above all historical sale record price in the same community.Read more
